If you bought online, just enter your existing membership number on the page where you enter your details as you buy online. It does not matter to which plan you belong at the moment and which plan you choose to renew to - you will get 10% off the price of the new plan.

Your renewal will have a new membership number. You can only renew from an existing membership number once.
